Loans

Consumer Loans
Consumer loans are designed to finance all your personal needs. Available only in Turkish liras, they have fixed interest rates and are paid off in equal monthly installments. When applying for a consumer loan the following documents are required:
Identification: Identity card, driver's license, or passport
Statement of residence or a recently paid utility bill (telephone, electricity, water, etc) issued in your name
Evidence of income (in the case of salaried employees, a recent payroll statement)
Evidence of tax registration.
  If the Bank requires a cosigner for the loan, the same documents will be required of him.
A standard personal loan agreement will be signed and a life insurance policy will be taken out in the borrower's name.

Home Loans
Home loans are designed to finance the purchase of a home by individuals. Available only in Turkish liras, they have fixed interest rates and are paid off in equal monthly installments. When applying for a home loan the following documents are required:
Identification: Identity card, driver's license, or passport
Statement of residence or a recently paid utility bill (telephone, electricity, water, etc) issued in your name
Evidence of income (in the case of salaried employees, a recent payroll statement)
Evidence of tax registration.

Bankaca kefalet talep edilmesi durumunda, yukarıda sayılan belgeler kefil için de ayrıca istenecektir. Satın alınacak konutun;
A certificate of condominium ownership has been obtained from the deed registry
A condominium easement has been established and a municipal occupancy license has been obtained
A condominium easement has been established and the dwelling has been constructed as specified in its building license and is ready for occupancy.
 
The dwelling that is to be purchased will be appraised. Up to 50% of the value specified in the appraiser's report can be extended as a loan.
A standard personal loan agreement will be signed, a mortgage will be established over the property whose purchase is to be financed, and a life insurance policy will be taken out in the borrower's name with the Bank as beneficiary.

Automobile Loans
Automobile loans are designed to finance your purchase of an automobile. Available only in Turkish liras, they have fixed interest rates and are paid off in equal monthly installments.
If the vehicle to be purchased is brand-new, up to 75% of the turnkey delivery price shown in the pro forma invoice can be extended as a loan. If the vehicle is pre-owned, up to 60% of the collision insurance value can be extended as a loan.
When applying for an automobile loan the following documents are required:
Identification: Identity card, driver's license, or passport· Statement of residence or a recently paid utility bill (telephone, electricity, water, etc) issued in your name
Evidence of income (in the case of salaried employees, a recent payroll statement)
Evidence of tax registration.
 
If the vehicle to be purchased is brand-new, a pro forma invoice will be required. If it is pre-owned, the original or photocopy of its traffic registration (license) will be required.
If the Bank requires a cosigner for the loan, the same documents will be required of him.
A standard personal loan agreement will be signed. A pledge in the Bank's favor will be established over the vehicle, which will also be covered by collision insurance with the Bank as beneficiary.

Shopping Loans
Shopping loans are designed to finance your personal purchases of goods and services. Available only in Turkish liras and extended against presentation of the invoice for the good or service, they have fixed interest rates and are paid off in equal monthly installments. The advantage of a shopping loan over a consumer loan is that the interest rates are lower.
When applying for a shopping loan the following documents are required in addition to the original of the invoice:
Identification: Identity card, driver's license, or passport
Statement of residence or a recently paid utility bill (telephone, electricity, water, etc) issued in your name
Evidence of income (in the case of salaried employees, a recent payroll statement)
Evidence of tax registration.


Financial Support Loans
Financial support loans are provided to customers who are in urgent need of cash and don't want to sell assets (such as a house or car) for less than they're worth. These loans are available to retail banking customers for up to TRY 20,000.
When applying for a financial support loan the following documents are required:
Identification: Identity card, driver's license, or passport
Statement of residence or a recently paid utility bill (telephone, electricity, water, etc) issued in your name
Evidence of income (in the case of salaried employees, a recent payroll statement)
Evidence of tax registration.

If the Bank requires a cosigner for the loan, the same documents will be required of him.
A standard personal loan agreement will be signed. In addition, the loan must be guaranteed in either of the following ways:
A mortgage will be established over a real estate property in the Bank's favor. Up to 60% of the appraised value of the property as specified in an appraiser's report may be extended as a loan.
A pledge will be established over a motor vehicle (which must not be more than three years old) in the Bank's favor. Up to 60% of the collision insurance value of the vehicle may be extended as a loan.

Overdraft Accounts
An overdraft account is a normal deposit account with an overdraft protection facility that you can draw against up to a specified credit limit to meet your urgent needs for cash even if there is no money in the account.
When applying for an overdraft facility, the following documents are required:
Identification: Identity card, driver's license, or passport
Statement of residence or a recently paid utility bill (telephone, electricity, water, etc) issued in your name
Evidence of income (in the case of salaried employees, a recent payroll statement)
Evidence of tax registration.

If the Bank requires a cosigner for the facility, the same documents will be required of him.
A standard personal loan agreement will be signed and a life insurance policy covering the borrower will be taken out.
